There will be a cloakrooms available free of charge in the foyer.

All participants are invited to the conference dinner (dinner including drinks to meals) at the first evening. For This, an extra fee will be raised (45,- €). See registration.

The conference rooms in TimePort II are easily accessible to those with disablilities, including wheelchair users. Wheelchair users can use an access ramp at the entrance of the conference rooms. Furthermore, there is an elevator in the building. 

In the breaks there will be beverages and small snacks and a buffet for lunchtime in the lobby of Time Port for all participants.

The Conference will be delivered in English.

Please ask for lost items in the lobby of t.i.m.e.Port and please hand in found items there.

Before the beginning all participants will get name tags / admission ticket, during the event all participants have to wear these tags.
